I feature a recipe in a home I am helping a client buy or sell so you get a real glimpse of what it's like to live there. Episode Five: 38619 Kimbro Street and Penne Pasta
Christina took advantage of the spectacular backyard at this Fremont property and showcased two things- the bocce ball court and her recipe for penne pasta mascarpone.
Every home has unique selling points. By featuring the large yard and open concept living in this virtual tour and real estate cooking show helped the sellers quickly (only 5 days on market AND over asking) find a buyer in a market where homes seem to be languishing.
Christina sold this property for $1,850,000 and represented the sellers.
Episode Four: 2896 Hillside Drive and Limoncello
Christina's latest listing at 2896 Hillside Drive in Burlingame sold so fast she didn’t get a chance to do a virtual tour. This video isn’t about selling this home, it’s about celebrating it.
What better way to celebrate the sale of this home than by making a recipe using ingredients from the garden. Since the owners were Italian, she decided to reflect their heritage by making Limoncello, a sweet Italian liquor made from lemon peel and vodka. The backyard lemon trees were bursting with fruit, making this an ideal ingredient to highlight.
